The official launch of RedMagic's next gaming tablet is still a few days away. Nonetheless, the company has now decided to showcase its iPad mini and Legion Tab competitor in its first promotional video. In the process, it has revealed a few new aspects about the forthcoming compact tablet that have not been present in other recent teasers.
For instance, the video embedded below highlights that RedMagic's two colour options both have matte finishes, save for the glossy panel that houses the tablet's single rear-facing camera. The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro will not rock about on a flat surface either, thanks to its flush camera housing, just like the recent RedMagic 10 Pro smartphone (curr. $636 on Amazon).
Moreover, it seems that the tablet contains stereo speakers rather than the quad set-up that the larger RedMagic Nova offers. Regardless, RedMagic also provides various glimpses at the Gaming Tablet 3 Pro's display, which spans 9.06-inches diagonally within a 207 x 134.2 mm housing thanks to 4.9 mm thick bezels. While not mentioned in the video, RedMagic will deliver its new tablet with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro will officially launch in China on June 11 at 11:00 UTC; there is no word yet on international availability yet, though.
