Asus presents Eee PC 1000HD
The Asus Eee PC product line gets expanded by the Eee PC 1000HD.

The Eee PC 1000HD is not the Eee PC 1000H, which already has been introduced by Asus. The new netbook is not based on the 1000H, but it is based on the Eee PC 904.
The Eee PC 1000HD offers a 10-inch display and does not provide the new Intel Atom CPU. The notebook is equipped with an Intel Dothan 353 CPU with 900 MHz instead of this processor. 1 to 2 GB RAM is included and a normal 80 GB hard drive is also part of the laptop. Furthermore, the 1000HD offers wireless LAN 802.11n.
Additionally, the Eee PC 1000H provides a 1.3 mega pixel webcam, and it gets shipped with Windows XP or Linux. The netbook is available in black and white, like its eee-brothers-and-sisters are. No word about price or availability so far.
