Samsung One UI 9.0 Beta 3 could roll out next week, community post suggests

Samsung could release the third beta version of One UI 9.0 as early as next week, according to information shared through the Samsung Korea community. A screenshot of a notice posted in the Samsung Members app states that “The 3rd beta version is scheduled to be released next week,” offering the clearest indication yet of the upcoming software rollout.
The community post was first spotted by Chanakya Shrutam (@SamSWUpdate) on X.

Samsung opened the One UI 9.0 beta program in early May for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra in select markets. Users who enrolled in the program received the first beta build through an over-the-air update.
The updates received by users so far have been upgrades to the refinement of already existing features to say the least. Arguably, One UI 8.5 was a more feature-rich release when it launched it last year, than One UI 9 is shaping up to be so far.
In Beta 1, we did see some new additions across the UI, including a redesigned media player which had updated visuals, and some refreshed menus inside the Settings app. Inside the settings app, menus had also been reorganised to have a cleaner layout. There were a few customisation improvements as well. Users enrolled in the One UI 9 Beta program can now reposition the volume slider independently within the Quick Panel, while larger status bar icons and text aim to improve visibility across the interface.
Apart from these changes, not much has happened so far, as One UI 9 Beta 2 was majorly focussed on fixing bugs and errors that users encountered in the first build. Hence, naturally, the attention is one Beta 3 to bring in additional features and fixes to bugs reported during the second Beta.
In other news, it is also expected that Samsung Galaxy S25 series should be the next to join One UI 9 Beta program soon, but Samsung is yet to announce the official dates for it. In the meantime, the first confirmed devices to be shipped with One UI 9 out of the box would be the next gen Samsung foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and the Z Flip 8 at Samsung's next Galaxy Unpacked event.
