Running Windows 7 on the iPad

The Citrix receiver can do it

The Apple iPad was probably one of the most anticipated tablet ever. But at the end of the day you’re likely to find only the price a bit extraordinary – a bit only! Well, Citrix gives you one more option to think about – having Windows 7 on iPad. This is possible right now for the enterprise customers only that use the XenDesktop or XenApp applications. With the help of these, one can turn this beautiful 9.7-inch screen into a desktop VDI XenDesktop. Windows applications should run unmodified and securely in the data center and multi-tasking will be possible as Citrix promises.

The Citrix receiver is already available for the iPhone.
