Dell presents new Vostro laptops

Dell expands its business notebook series by adding the Vostro 1310 and the Vostro 1510. They are equipped with a 13.3” or 15.4” display, and provide Intel CPU’s. Furthermore, the installed operating system is Windows Vista.

Dell Vostro notebooks are business laptops, which are made for small companies. Dell expanded this series by adding two new notebooks, on the one hand the Vostro 1310 and on the other hand the Vostro 1510.

The Vostro 1310 is equipped with a 13.3” display and provides an Intel Core Duo T5870 CPU with 2 GHz. 2 GB RAM and a 160 GB hard disk are included as well. The display shows content with a resolution of 1.280 x 800 pixels and gets supported by an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100.

Furthermore, the notebook is equipped with an integrated webcam and a slot-load DVD-RW drive. WLAN is also integrated, and supports the 802.11 a/b/g standard. The included operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium. The Vostro 1310 is already available and costs € 630.

The Vostro 1510 is equipped with a 15.4” display compared to the 1310. It also shows content with WXGA resolution. The 1510 provides an Intel Core Duo T5670 CPU with 1.8 GHz and 2 GB RAM are installed as well. The rest of the hardware is similar to the Vostro 1310. The Dell Vostro 1510 is already available and costs € 511.
