MSI introduced PR211
The new MSI notebook PR211 is a 12.1-inch laptop which offers a finger print reader and the MSI FileSave amongst other things.

The MSI PR211 provides a 12.1-inch display, which shows content with a resolution of 1.280 x 800 pixels. It gets supported by an ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphic chip.
The installed processor is an AMD Turion X2 Dual Core ZM-80 CPU with 2.1 GHz and 2 GB RAM is also included. It is possible to expand the working memory up to 4 GB if needed.
The notebooks mass storage device consists of a 250 GB SATA HDD and a DL DVD RW drive is also built in. A Wireless LAN adapter which supports 802.11 a/b/g/n is part of the notebook and an ExpressCard slot is included too.
The PR211 offers some safety features like a biometrical finger print reader and the MSI FileSave. This software encrypts all data of the hard disk and they can’t be decrypted without a key. The FileSave also works if the hard disk gets removed from the notebook.
Furthermore there are included a 1.3 mega pixel webcam, a HDMI port, three USB 2.0 connectors and a 3-in-1 card reader. MSI ships the PR211 with Windows Vista Home Premium.
The MSI PR211 is already available and it costs € 799.
