Dell is the first manufacturer which equips its notebooks with the new Seagate 320GB and 7.200 rpm 2.5" hard disk.
Hitachi and Fujitsu already advertised a 2.5" hard disk with 7.200 rpm and 320 GB, but Seagate was faster an is the first manufacturer which delivers such disks. The Dell XPS M1730 is equipped with this new hard drive.
The Seagate Momentus 7200.3 is a SATA hard disk with a disk size of 320 GB. It provides a Geforce free-fall protection, which secures the disk when it drops down.
The Dell XPS M1730 is available with the disk, but supposedly Alienware also will offer it soon.
