Dell is responsive of defective CPU’s

The manufacturer Dell expands its warranty for notebooks which are affected by the Nvidia GPU problem.

We already reported that there are problems with some Nvidia GPU’s. Certainly, some Dell notebooks are affected by those problems too and the manufacturer released a BIOS update for fixing it.

Now Dell announced in the Direct2Dell blog, that they will expand the warranty of affected notebooks for another one year. Dell will present more details on that in the following weeks.

Those laptops are affected:

• Dell Precision M2300, M4300, M65
• Inspirion 1420
• Latitude D620, D630, D630c, D820, D830
• Vostro 1310, 1400, 1510, 1710
• XPS M1330, M1530
