The Anker Nano Desktop Charger Mini has been released in China. This device was recently leaked by AnkerInsider, who referred to it as the Anker Nano 6-Port 130W Desktop Charger. It is also known by model number A2155.
Anker’s new Desktop Charger Mini is now available in China for 299 CNY (~$42). This somewhat aligns with the rumored US pricing of $50-80; Anker products are typically more expensive outside China. We already knew that the accessory offers 100W USB-C, 65W USB-C, two 20W USB-C and two 12W USB-A ports, with a total maximum output of 130W.
Now, the product page reveals a few more details about this six-port charger. The maximum 130W output is shared when two or three devices are connected; for example, two laptops could be charged simultaneously with 65W power each. However, with four or more outputs used at the same, the combined output drops slightly to 127W or 129W. When all six ports are used, the first USB-C delivers 45W, the remaining three USB-C each offer 20W, and the USB-A ports provide 12W each.
The JD.com product listing also confirms that the desktop charger supports fast charging protocols like PD, PPS, SCP, QC and UFCS. Plus, there is a smart indicator light and a 1.5 m (~5 ft) long power cable. Anker suggests tgat the product is thin as a MacBook Pro, measuring 93 x 98 x 19 mm (~3.7 x 3.9 x 0.7 inches) and weighing 320 g (~0.7 lbs).
The Anker Nano Desktop Charger Mini is expected to launch in the US in the next few months. It will be an alternative to the older 4-port Anker 543 Charger (curr. $39.95 at Amazon) and should be available with either black or white casing.
