Muitavy desktop charger with three retractable cables now crowdfunding

The Muitavy 200W 4-in-1 Charge Solution is now crowdfunding on Kickstarter. This is a desktop charger with GaN technology, offering three integrated USB-C cables designed to help reduce clutter in your office space. At the time of writing, the campaign has over 600 backers with 24 days remaining.

Each of the Muitavy charger’s USB-C cables delivers up to 165W output when used alone. If two USB-C outputs are used simultaneously, each offers up to 100W. Each cable is 80 cm (~31.5 inches) long and features a magnetic tip to hold it in place when not in use. A fourth device can be charged via a USB-A port. For example, you could use this port to charge an Apple Watch; Muitavy is selling an Apple Watch Wireless Charger accessory for $19.

Between the three charging cables and the USB-A port, there is a USB-C to Lightning adapter. An SD card slot on an accompanying adapter is also mentioned, though there are no further details, such as data transfer speed. Plus, users will be able to choose between four plug types: US, EU, UK and AU. The Muitavy desktop charger has a dark gray finish and measures 5.7 x 2.8 x 2.8 inches (~145 x 73 x 73 mm).

Kickstarter pledges for the Muitavy 200W 4-in-1 Charge Solution currently start from $89; that is $70 less than the listed RRP of $159. The company is shipping its product to customers worldwide and is currently working towards a September 2025 dispatch window. However, as is the case with any crowdfunding campaign, there is no guarantee that backers will receive this product in this timeframe, if at all.
