Honor has started teasing the release of a new wearable under its Watch 5 series. Having launched the Watch 5 last year, Honor then introduced the Watch 5 Ultra with a design reminiscent of the Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 and the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025 (curr. $649.99 on Amazon).
Now, the company has showcased the Watch 5 Pro, which looks like a regular smartwatch on the face of it. For the time being, Honor has teased the Watch 5 Pro in two styles, albeit seemingly with the same display size. As the image above shows, one has a sporty style with a silicon watch band, while the other as more of a luxury finish and a leather band to match.
Apparently, both variants support 'contactless blood pressure monitoring'. While Honor is being rather vague about specifics for now, it claims that the Watch 5 Pro can take single readings or provide continuous blood pressure monitoring as needed without needing to use a dedicated cuff like the Huawei Watch D2. Additionally, the Watch 5 Pro will support eSIM functionality and what Honor calls the 'Polaris' positioning system. Although Honor is now accepting reservations in China, it has only hinted that the Watch 5 Pro will start at less than CNY 2,000 (~$280).
