The Govee Outdoor Tree Lights are now available to pre-order in the US. This smart lighting product was spotted on the brand’s coming soon page in August 2025, when some of its specifications were revealed.
You can now pre-order the Govee Outdoor Tree Lights at Amazon US for $149.99. The product page suggests that the item will be released on October 31st. However, the model is listed with a September 19th release date on Govee’s own website; it is currently unclear as to which is correct. The smart lights can also be found at Amazon in European countries like the UK, Spain and France, though pricing and a release date for this region have yet to be announced.
Govee’s Outdoor Tree Lights come as a pack of three. They are said to have RGBWIC LED light sources, running for up to 20,000 hours, with 1,400 lumens brightness at 4,000K. Each lamp can throw light up to 10 m (~33 ft) along a tree trunk. In the Govee Home app, users will be able to select from 16 million colors, or choose from over 60 scene modes, a few of which sync to music.
The Outdoor Tree Lights can also be controlled with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa voice commands, and support for Matter means they will integrate with a range of smart home ecosystems. The black casing is said to be IP67 dust and water resistant, as well as UV resistant, and each light source can be held in place with an accompanying ground stake.
