Govee has announced the Outdoor Tree Lights, which are launching in the next few weeks. Also referred to with model number H7087, this smart lighting product is a set of three connected lights, designed to sit at the base of a tree.
Govee’s Outdoor Tree Lights were recently listed on the brand’s ‘Coming Soon’ page in the US. This listing reveals that they have a light projection distance of up to 10 m (~33 ft). The lights will offer over 16 million colors, as well as white lighting. Through the Govee home app, users will be able to choose from over 60 scene modes, some of which can sync to music or create their own dynamic lighting effects.
The Govee Outdoor Tree Lights have also been found in the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) database. Here, they are confirmed to support the Matter 1.3 certification, meaning they will integrate with various smart home ecosystems. The listing also mentions both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. We know that these outdoor lights have a UV-resistant black casing and are IP67 rated, dust and waterproof. Another image of these lights can be found in an Amazon product listing, though no further details are shared here.
According to Govee, the new Outdoor Tree Lights will be released in the US on September 25th. At the time of writing, it is unclear how much they will cost. Whether or when they could launch in other markets like Europe is another unknown.
