MagyarAsus celebrates 30th anniversary with an 18-carat plated limited edition ZenBook 13 laptop
After giving away thousands of dollars in prizes, Asus still isn't done with its 30th anniversary. The Taiwanese OEM has unveiled an "exclusive limited-edition ZenBook Edition 30" that's essentially a Pearl White version of the usual blue ZenBook 13. The anniversary edition will come with a hand-crafted genuine white leather carrying case and an 18-carat rose-gold logo on its lid as shown by the product shots below.
Other than the superficial changes, the ZenBook Edition 30 will be identical to the existing ZenBook 13 UX334. This includes the Whiskey lake-U Core i7-8565U CPU, GeForce MX250 GPU, ScreenPad 2.0 clickpad, MIL-STD 810G chassis, and 1080p display. The model will also be identical to the ZenBook 13 UX333 albeit without the ScreenPad on the latter. Thus, nearly all of our comments from our existing review on the standard ZenBook 13 UX333 apply here on the limited edition model.
The ZenBook Edition 30 is now available for pre-order with an expected ship date of September 13. The system will launch in the midst of several Comet lake-U and Ice Lake-U laptops from Dell, Lenovo, MSI, and others.
