Reviews for the Realme C30
The budget phone realme C30 will probably not win any prizes with its rather low-resolution single camera on the back, but it offers fast memory, low weight, and an unusual design. Read the review to find out whether we can recommend the smartphone.

The Realme C30 smartphone was announced in June 2022 and its expected price is $99 (Rs 8,499 in India) approx. The phone equips a 6.5-inches IPS LCD display panel with a 400 nits brightness rating. As far as the cameras are concerned, the smartphone packs a single 8MP primary camera lens. On the front, the phone features an 5MP front camera for selfies. At this price point, you can also consider the Redmi 10A which offers a better smartphone experience at just Rs 500 more. The Realme C30 is a decent overall device though, mainly lacking on the camera side of things. It offers a sturdy, rigid and lightweight design with a good in-hand feel, and performance levels are acceptable as well.

Now that we have thoroughly tested and taken a look at all the features and specifications of the newly launched Realme C30 we would honestly give it a score of 6 out of 10 and would recommend it to you, only if you can’t afford to go a bit over budget, mainly because although the phone feels and performs great in all aspects, the lack of a fingerprint scanner and the inclusion MicroUSB port on a smartphone in 2022 is a pretty big turnoff. Apart from the convenience of USB-C, MicroUSB ports tend to offer much slower charging as well as data transfer speeds compared to the former.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.63.22%: Such a poor rating is rare. There are only a few notebooks that were rated even worse. The rating websites do not give a purchase recommendation here.
