iQoo has set the Neo 10R up to "change the game" for Indian performance smartphone fans in just under a month. In the meantime, the brand is stoking anticipation for the upcoming handset by previewing a potentially critical spec in advance.
The 10R has just been announced to have "blazing-fast" 80W charging (like the Vivo V40 Pro that currently goes for INR 49,999 (~$577) on Amazon.in).
It is already hyped to outpace its rivals with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC - just like the 144Hz AMOLED Z9 Turbo that has heretofore been exclusive to the Chinese market.
Therefore, iQoo India's new tidbit seems to hint that the Neo 10R will be a re-brand of that device for a new market - if not that of the Z9 Turbo's subsequent Endurance Edition.
They have rated capacities of 6,000mAh and an even bigger 6,400mAh respectively, which might mean that the 10R will have the same size of battery as the new, premium OnePlus 13 (or iQoo 13, for that matter) - at least - on March 11, 2025.
