Honor 20 Lite now official, 32 MP selfie shooter and triple main camera setup in tow

Huawei's budget sub-brand is back with a Honor 20 variant. Closely related to the Honor 20i, the Honor 20 Lite is now official and can be acquired in India for a price tag equivalent to about US$230.

The Honor 20 Lite is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor and has a 6.21-inch full HD+ borderless display with a dewdrop notch that was needed to accommodate the 32 MP selfie shooter. The main image snapper combines a 24 MP sensor with a f/1.8 wide-aperture lens (8 MP) and a 2 MP Quadra CFA sensor. The AI multi-scene recognition comes with support for more than 500 scenarios and 22 categories of objects.

In addition to the above, the Honor 20 Lite also comes with an eye comfort mode that reduces blue light radiation, as well as GPU Turbo 2.0 for those who like to spend some of their gaming time on their phones. The two color choices are Phantom Blue and Phantom Red, while the operating system is obviously Android 9.0 Pie with Huawei's EMUI 9.0 on top. Sadly, the 3,400 mAh battery needs 2.5 hours for a full charge, but one can't get everything within such a tight budget (on the other hand, NFC connectivity is present, if you were wondering).
