Zotac is doubling down on workstation users with full-on Xeon and Quadro SKUs equipped with all the modern connectivity features like Thunderbolt 3, WiFi 6 Killer 1650X, Bluetooth 5, M.2 NVMe, and four HDMI 2.0 ports.

Spanning across at least 10 different sub-families, the ZBox series has carved a comfortable corner of the mini PC market for Zotac. Other PC component manufacturers like Gigabyte or Asus don't even come close to the variety that Zotac offers in the mini PC space. Now, we can add two more SKUs to the ZBox lineup for workstation users who want a miniaturized PC without sacrificing performance.

Called the QX3P3000 and QX3P5000, these SKUs will sport Quadro P3000 and Quadro P5000 GPUs which are some of the fastest Quadro GPUs available from Nvidia at the moment. Quadro GPUs based on the more advanced Turing architecture are already available on full-size desktops but they have yet to make their way onto smaller laptop and mini PC form factors.

What makes the two SKUs above special are its desktop hexa-core Xeon E-2136 processors for more reliable memory performance (ECC) and longevity when under heavy loads. All ZBox Q series SKUs prior to today's announcement shipped with only consumer-centric Core ix processors. Wi-Fi and RJ-45 have also been updated to Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and 2.5 Gbps, respectively.

The ZBox QX3P3000 and QX3P5000 should begin shipping in just a few short weeks. Both systems share the same chassis design derived from the ZBox E series like the ZBox EC52070D.
