ZTE has announced the availability of the Axon mini smartphone. It was officially unveiled back in July but hadn't been available for purchase until now.
The ZTE Axon mini comes with a 5.2-inch, FullHD display as well as 64-bit, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor sporting four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz and another four running at 1.2 GHz for less power-hungry tasks.
One of the most interesting features is the Force Touch technology that is able to detect how much pressure is applied to the screen and perform different actions accordingly.
Other specs include 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of on-board storage (partly taken by the operating system), expandable by up to another 128 GB via micro-SD card reader, as well as a fingerprint sensor. There's also a 13 MP main camera and an 8 MP front shooter. The battery capacity is 2800 mAh.
The phone's case is made of an aluminium-titanium alloy and is available in Europe and Asia in gold, silver and rose gold color versions. Prices start at $379.
