Rumor | Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 to launch with quad cameras and last-gen charging specs

The Mix Fold 3 is projected to improve on its predecessor in terms of structural integrity, yet also be a lighter , foldable Android smartphone at the same time. However, according to a new leak, Xiaomi might have neglected improvements for its third-gen flagship in the process.

The OEM has registered a new device, the 2308CPXD0C, with the Chinese regulator 3C. This leak has led to speculation that it is indeed the third-gen Mix Fold in the final stages of the run-up to its launch. Should that be the case, however, it has not improved in terms of charging specs.

The 3C group has certified the "Leica four-camera folding screen flagship" to use 67W charging, just like the Fold 2. This new possible evidence of Xiaomi keeping its power technology constant in 2023 may be particularly disappointing in light of rumors that its next foldable also has a larger battery this year.
