In the first week of April, Xbox Game Pass is adding four new titles to its lineup. Whether you're into co-op adventures, horror, or real-time strategy, there's something for everyone. Shooter fans can also look forward to a special highlight.

On April 3, Microsoft is adding four new games to Xbox Game Pass. It's worth noting that all titles, except for Borderlands 3, are only available on console. Here's a quick look at what each game has to offer:

Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition (Cloud, console and PC)

Borderlands 3 is a looter shooter unlike any other, blending fast-paced first-person action with an endless hunt for procedurally generated weapons. Playing as one of four Vault Hunters, you dive into a chaotic, humor-filled story centered around the Calypso Twins and their fanatical cult, the Children of the Vault. Along the way, you'll form alliances, take down massive bosses and collect some truly outrageous gear, from walking machine guns to talking grenades. Packed with co-op gameplay, deep skill trees and RPG elements, this explosive adventure stands out with its signature comic book style and quirky humor. On Xbox Game Pass, Borderlands 3 is available in the Ultimate Edition, which includes the base game and all four major story DLCs.

All You Need is Help (Console)

All You Need is Help is a delightful co-op puzzle game where up to four players take control of fluffy, cube-shaped creatures working together to tackle quirky challenges. Teamwork and communication are essential, as the characters can move on their own but can’t rotate without help from others – something that’s often needed to get past obstacles and complete each level. The game features over 100 creatively designed stages and supports both local and online co-op. Its charming handcrafted visual style, reminiscent of Yoshi’s Crafted World, makes it especially appealing to younger players.

Still Wakes the Deep (Xbox Series X|S)

Still Wakes the Deep is a first-person horror game with a unique twist. Set on a remote oil platform off the Scottish coast, the story follows Cameron, a worker caught in the middle of a terrifying crisis triggered by an unknown force. With no weapons to rely on, survival hinges on stealth, swift escapes and clever movement through flooded corridors, collapsing steel and pitch-black engine rooms. The constant sound of howling wind, creaking steel and rushing water adds to the intense, oppressive atmosphere. Built in Unreal Engine 5, the game delivers a visually striking and immersive narrative experience that sets it apart from traditional horror titles.

Wargroove 2 (Xbox Series X|S)

Wargroove 2 is a turn-based strategy game set in a vibrant pixel-art fantasy world. Rather than commanding tanks and soldiers, you lead knights, archers and mages across grid-based battlefields. The game features three campaigns that delve into the stories of different factions facing a mysterious new threat. A key addition in this sequel is the introduction of powerful super attacks that charge over time and can turn the tide of battle when used strategically. There’s also an endless mode with randomized challenges, a robust map editor and both local and online multiplayer, offering plenty of variety and replay value.
