The S30 Pro Mini is thought to have a smaller display than that of the vanilla S30 at 6.31 inches - much like the hotly-anticipated OnePlus 13s.
The putative Vivo alternative might be the cheaper of the 2 as it might run on the new Dimensity 9400e silicon, said to be nearly interchangeable with the former flagship 9300+ SoC by the famous leaker Digital Chat Station.
The same tipster has posted images that suggest that the S30 Pro Mini will upgrade to a camera hump that is a hybrid of that of the 13s and its own S20-series predecessors, with the combination of an up-to-date pill-shaped housing for 2 of its 3 lenses and an Aura Light ring-flash.
The rear panel will apparently be finished in 4 colors (yellow, black, light blue and pink), which might be available in the S30 as well as its Pro Mini sibling, according to the new renders.
Both smartphones are depicted as having punch-hole selfie cameras for their screens, which will both be 1.5K and have LTPO power-efficiency technology.
The S30 series' displays might not be completely modern as they are said to have 2.5D curved panels, as opposed to flat as in the new Oppo Find X8s, though.
