Ulefone has announced that its new Power Armor-series smartphones will be unleashed during November 2023, on a day well-known for sales and deals. The 18 Ultra and 18T Ultra are touted as an answer to Google's Pixel 8 Pro, in that they will both be "thermometer" smartphones. They are also both "performance"-focused devices with specs such as large batteries and "24GB RAM".

Ulefone has announced that it is ready for the 2023 holiday season with its latest crop of rugged smartphones. The Power Armor 18 and 18T Ultra are touted as the brand's latest devices with temperature-sensing properties as a selling point.

The Power Armor 18T Ultra is slated to launch with "the latest" FLIR-branded Lepton 3.5 technology, whereas the 18 Ultra makes do with an "Instant-Read Thermometer" as one of its rear-facing sensors. Then again, it gets the same 108MP main camera as its T-variant sibling.

Both devices also share the same build with a 66W 9,600mAh battery, the Dimensity 7050 SoC, a 6.58-inch 120Hz FHD display and an Android 13-based UI that allows their RAM to extend to up to 24GB to go with 512GB of internal storage.

That might be why the OEM values the 18 Ultra at US$749.98 and the 18T Ultra at US$999.98 - however, they both conveniently have coupons that bring those prices down to US$283.99 and US$383.99 respectively.

Those offers go live on November 11, 2023 during Ulefone's official first sale for its new smartphones via AliExpress.
