The Anker soundcore Nebula P1 and P1i portable projectors have been announced. One model, which has detachable speakers, is said to be the first device of its kind. Plus, there is an early bird discount and a free gift available for customers who sign up for the mailing list.

Anker has announced the soundcore Nebula P1 portable projector. It appeared shortly after the brand unveiled the Nebula X1 Pro mobile home theater station.

According to Anker, the Nebula P1 is a world first, a portable projector with detachable speakers. A second model, the Nebula P1i, is a similar device with adjustable-angle speakers. The company has not revealed the specifications of these projectors, such as their resolution or peak brightness. However, images of the Nebula P1 show that the projector can be tilted within its housing, allowing you to adjust the projection angle. It also has an integrated handle, making it easier to transport. Meanwhile, the Nebula P1i has a built-in stand, meaning the projector sits at a slight angle. Both are expected to feature a battery like the older Nebula Mars 3 Air (curr. $439.99 at Amazon).

The Anker soundcore Nebula P1 projector is set to launch in the US on October 6th. It has a $799.99 RRP, but prospective customers are invited to join the mailing list to get $80 off, lowering the price to $719.99, and a free projector screen worth $169. Details about the release of the soundcore Nebula P1i and a European launch have yet to be announced.
