Toshiba updates Satellite L50-C and L70-C series with even more SKUs

Toshiba is bringing in more multimedia notebooks to market with an expanded lineup of Satellite L50-C and L70-C configurations. The new models are available in Brown, Purple, Peal White, Red, Gold, Satin, and others. Dedicated graphics up to an Nvidia GeForce 930M are available with integrated Harman/Kardon Onkyo speakers.

Additionally, the new SKUs will utilize Core i7-6500U ULV Skylake processors and either HDD, SSD, or SSHD storage depending on the model. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed on all versions with a dedicated Cortana button to quickly activate digital voice assistance.

The 15.6-inch L50-C can be equipped with either an HD or FHD panel while the 17.3-inch L70-C will have FHD as standard since it is meant to be a multimedia desktop replacement. Toshiba will throw in 36 months of extended warranty against theft, malware, and accidental damage for free as a limited time promotion to attract new buyers.
