Toshiba updates Satellite Radius 15 P50W-C convertible
Toshiba is expanding its range of convertibles with the multi-functional Satellite Radius 15 P50W-C. Users familiar with the Radius family will know of its 360-degree hinges for switching between tablet and notebook modes. Features include a FHD IPS screen and Windows 10 Home Edition.
The manufacturer is introducing two new SKUs with the first being the Radius 15 P50W-C-110. The model will be equipped with an Intel Core i7-6500U dual-core processor and integrated HD 520 graphics, 16 GB DDR3L RAM, 256 GB SSD, 802.11ac WLAN, Bluetooth 4.0+LE, Intel WiDi, 2x USB 3.0 (1x Sleep-and-Charge), 1x USB 2.0, HDMI-out up to UHD 4K, HD webcam, and an SDXC card reader. The chassis will be in Satin Gold for a retail price of 1350 Euros.
The other Radius 15 P50W-C-10P SKU will have the same Satin Gold finish with a lower retail price of 1100 Euros. Instead of the Core i7, the P50W-C-10P will carry a Core i5-6200U with 8 GB RAM, 1 TB SSHD, and 8 GB of SSD cache.
The manufacturer is currently running a 3-month promotion in select regions where all Satellite, Qosmio, or Kira purchases will come standard with an all-inclusive warranty package worth about 200 Euros. The package will extend the standard warranty up to 36 months with 12 months of protection against theft, accidental, damage, and malware. To qualify, users must make their purchases until March 31, 2016 and register their new devices online within 14 days of purchase.
