Tiny Quests update and Marketplace return for Trove

Gamigo has rolled out a new content update for its long-running voxel MMO Trove, introducing an idle progression system called Tiny Quests alongside the return of the in-game Marketplace.
The headline addition gives Trove's pocket-sized companion Allies an active role in progression. Players can now dispatch their allies on bite-sized expeditions via the Tadpole Tours Embarkation Station, which spawns after completing standard Adventure World Dungeons.
Idle progression and squad costs
Unlike standard dungeon runs, Tiny Quests operate on background timers that continue even while players are logged off. Quests scale in complexity, requiring anywhere from a single companion to a full squad of seven allies. Tadpole Tours charges a small flux fee per squad member, with a markup for lower-level allies to offset the risk of sending them out underprepared. Successful expeditions earn Ally XP, stat upgrades, event currencies including dragon coins and soul of the depths, new mounts, and access to 5-star tiny quests.
The update also marks the return of The Marketplace, Trove's player-driven Auction House, which had been offline since December. Community trading is once again active across the game's platforms.
Elysian Initiation event returns through August 18
Running alongside the update, the annual Elysian Initiation event is live through August 18. To earn a spot among the Knights of Elysia, players must clear four Pillars testing courage, endurance, balance, and logic and then complete a final Trial of Mastery. The Pillar of Fury requires defeating enemies in open-world combat, the Pillar of Body means conquering a Delve dungeon, the Pillar of Balance sends players to rescue and heal High Priest Lunavic in the Fae Wilds, and the Pillar of Mind requires solving a riddle hidden within the Hub. The Trial of Mastery then asks players to clear 3-Star Dungeons and complete the Knights' daily quests before officially joining the order.
Progressing through the questline and clearing 1-Star Dungeons awards Sol Sigils, which combine with crafting materials to make Elysian Emblems. These emblems unlock five new seasonal collectibles: the Elysian Furriosa Ally, a chihuahua companion; the mechanical Elysian Plougher mount; the flying Elysian Elevator mount; a themed boat; and an eye-shaped sail.
Trove is available as a free-to-play title on PC via Steam and the official website, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S via backward compatibility.
