Timex has launched four new watches including a Peanuts 75th anniversary Marlin Automatic and reissues of the 1975 Enigma and 1972 Time Machine with vintage-inspired designs. Prices range from $239 to $359.

Timex has just introduced four new watches as a part of its Summer 2025 lineup. The quartet features a Peanuts-themed Marlin Automatic for the comic strip’s 75th anniversary, alongside reissues of two models from the 1970s: the 1975 "Enigma" and the 1972 "Time Machine" in two versions.

The Timex x Peanuts Marlin Automatic has a 40mm polished stainless steel case and a silver-tone dial with a Snoopy illustration around an open-heart window showing the mechanical movement. The watch runs on a self-winding automatic mechanism and includes a quick-release stainless steel bracelet and an exhibition case back with anniversary branding. It is priced at $359. The design is an extension of Timex’s Marlin line but includes thematic elements specific to the Peanuts 75th anniversary.

The Q Timex 1975 Enigma reissue replicates the original’s visual trick of "floating hands." A black dot painted under the crystal hides the central hub of the hands, which makes them appear to float above a black dial. The watch has a gold-tone cushion-shaped stainless steel case, a day-date display at three o’clock, and uses a quartz movement. The bracelet is adjustable stainless steel with a fold-over clasp, and the watch costs $239.

Two versions of the Q Timex 1972 Time Machine reissue are also available now. Both measure 39mm with cushion-shaped stainless steel cases and large hour markers. One is gold-tone with a brown dial, the other silver-tone with a blue dial. Both models have quick-release bracelets, acrylic crystals, quartz movements, and a date window. The gold-tone version is priced at $279 and the silver-tone at $249.

All four watches use acrylic crystals and feature water resistance rated up to 50 meters, which makes them apt for light swimming but not snorkeling or diving. All in all, this launch has something for everyone - from quartz models to mechanical watches. These four watches come shortly after Timex introduced their new Intrepid sailing watch - read more about them here.
