The studio that developed Genshin Impact has just unveiled its new simulation game inspired by Animal Crossing at the Tokyo Game Show. And it could appeal to many people.

While Genshin Impact continues to enjoy huge success around the world, HoYoverse studio has new projects in the pipeline. And one of these was unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show, and it's a simulation game called Petit Planet.

Thus, this new title may remind of a mechanic that players are familiar with, and which is strongly inspired by Animal Crossing. It must be said that in Petit Planet, the player will have to take care of his planet by managing resources and carrying out various missions.

That's not all, because this simulation game has all the essential ingredients, such as crafting various objects and tools, cooking and fishing, and managing various resources such as plantations. However, the adventure doesn't end there, because the player will have the possibility to explore other planets and connect stars to his own planet in order to create a galaxy. Finally, multiplayer will be a major feature, as a community hub will be available, allowing community events to be held.

Thus, after Genshin Impact, HoYoverse studio is offering a game based on Animal Crossing. It should also be noted that it has already been confirmed for smartphones and PCs and will be free-to-play. Rumors suggest that the Nintendo Switch 2 could also host this game, although nothing has been confirmed yet.

And if you're interested in this adventure, you'll need to be patient, as no release date has yet been announced for Petit Planet. However, a closed beta will be taking place, and to be in with a chance of participating, simply visit the official website.
