The discounted price tag for the PNY RTX 5080 has brought it below MSRP making the most affordable RTX 5080 card even more approachable. It is also clocked higher than its competitors from Asus and Gigabyte.

When it comes to relatively cheaper GPUs, PNY is typically one of the brands that has the most affordable offering. That holds true with the high-end Nvidia RTX 5080 cards that have an MSRP of $999. Prices for this GPU, and others in the lineup, have come down from how exorbitantly high they were initially, but Walmart has a triple-fan PNY RTX 5080 offering listed for even below MSRP.

The PNY RTX 5080 OC Triple Fan is listed on the Walmart website for $929, putting it $70 below MSRP and $170 below its typical price. Only Asus and Gigabyte have RTX 5080 variants that are listed at about MSRP of $999 ($1,000 to be precise), but neither of them has been discounted. As for the PNY offering, as the name suggests, it is a triple-fan model with a three-slot width and no RGB lighting.

This OC model has a base clock speed of 2.30 GHz and a boost clock of 2.73 GHz. In comparison, the Asus Prime RTX 5080 is clocked at 2.68 GHz in OC mode while the Gigabyte Windforce model can boost up to 2.61 GHz.

PNY doesn’t share a lot of information about its GPU so the exact materials and cooling technology is unclear. It does mention the dimensions and the card measures 328.6 x 137.6 x 59.6 mm. It uses a single 16-pin connector and has three DisplayPort 2.1b ports and an HDMI 2.1b port.
