Deal | The Xperia XZ1 is available at the moment for just over US$540

Sony's lineup of devices in 2017 was, perhaps, the most solid of all OEMs. The company ended the year with the XZ1 and XZ1 Compact flagships, both able devices that were adequately priced. The XZ1 Compact is a favorite of ours—it was one of our value picks for 2017, for example—but its plus-sized sibling, the XZ1, also offers significant value. That value is currently as enticing as it gets, as the XZ1 is available right now for just US$543 on Amazon.

Of course, there's a caveat. No, you don't have to sell your soul or any other nonsense. The only color option listed at that price is the silver version of the device. Silver is a gorgeous color anyway, so there's no harm done. Other color variants like Black, Blue, and, heh, Pink are currently available for US$599.99. Still a nice deal for a device that was launched with an MSRP of US$700 just over four months ago.
