The Indian smartphone market has some new premium entrants. The Vivo X60 and X60 Pro have now been unleashed in this country. They, like the units recently released in Malaysia, are the global variants of these phones, which means they run on the Snapdragon 870 processor.
However, unlike their previous international outing, the Zeiss-branded devices are joined by the flagship X60 Pro Plus (or Pro+) this time. It is the only variant with a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN1 sensor, in addition to the same 48MP "gimbal" shooter that serves as the most powerful camera in its siblings. An 8MP periscope lens is also exclusive to the Pro+.
Otherwise, its specs are much the same as those of the X60 and X60 Pro. Its new price in India is not, however: it will cost INR 69,990 (~US$964) for a single 12GB/256 SKU finished in Emperor Blue faux leather.
The X60 Pro has the same RAM/storage option, and will go for INR 49,990 (~$689), while the 8/128GB X60 will be INR 49,990 (~$578), when the 2 new devices' orders go live on April 2, 2021.
