Realme has registered new devices with the regulator TENAA, which has led to speculation that both are variants of the GT Neo3, as they only differ in terms of battery size. They are also now said to be powered by a new Dimensity processor, and to be the first phones from Realme to launch with its new charging speed, currently slated to go up to 150W.

The appearance of the Realme RMX3560 and RMX3562 has resulted in speculation that a new GT Neo smartphone will launch soon. Given that the 2 devices have launched with very similar looks, not to mention specs, they are thought to be 2 variants of this series.

Should they truly be GT Neo3 variants, they may have 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED displays, 8 to 12GB of RAM and either 128GB, 256GB or 512GB in terms of internal storage. They are powered by a processor with a speed of 2.85GHz, an unusual spec that has sparked rumors of a debut for the Dimensity 8100 in the GT Neo3.

Then again, the RMX3560 has been registered with a 2,440mAh battery, whereas the RMX3562 has one with a capacity of 2,180mAh. These numbers might seem extremely low for 2022; however, both are probably dual-cell, and thus are probably 4,880mAh and 4,360mAh respectively.

The eminent tipster Digital Chat Station has echoed these findings in a recent post, and also purports to add that this Neo3's display will have a 120Hz refresh rate, whereas its main 50MP camera will be a Sony IMX766 sensor.

According to TENAA's new mugshots, this main shooter will dominate the "GT Neo3's" camera hump. It will be accompanied by much smaller 8MP and 2MP lenses. Digital Chat Station does not specify the allegedly upcoming Realme premium mid-ranger's charging speed, but does hint that it will be both "fast" and "surprising".

This is what may have given rise to speculation that Realme will finally debut an upgrade on SuperDart 65W charging in the Neo3. Coincidentally, the OEM might soon unveil technology that could take mobile wired charging speeds up to 150W for the first time; on the other hand, it also has 125W UltraDart charging waiting in the wings.
