Tesla extends free charging and FSD subscription trials offer to all new vehicle purchases including cheapest Cybertruck
Now that Tesla's inventory levels have dwindled sufficiently, it is extending its free Supercharging and FSD trials to all new vehicle purchases.
Last week, Tesla introduced a new deal for those who buy any of the already manufactured vehicles in its inventory, save for the second-hand ones.
The offer included three months of free charging at Tesla's stations and the Full Self-Driving option gratis for the same period to try out and see if they can't live without it.
Those who were after an inventory Cybertruck, however, could only take advantage of the free Supercharging deal, since what's available there are only Foundation Series pickups that come with FSD already, but cost at least a hundred grand.
Tesla does sell non-Foundation Series Cybertrucks that are priced from below $80,000, but those couldn't get advantage of the free FSD offer as it was only for inventory vehicles.
Now, however, Tesla is extending its free Supercharging and FSD trial promo to those who are delivered any new Model Y, Model 3, Model S, X, or, yes, the cheapest Cybertruck, by the end of the year.
Customers who take delivery of a new Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y or Cybertruck by December 31, 2024 are eligible for three months of free Full Self-Driving (Supervised) and Supercharging. Offer cannot be postponed to a later time or transferred to any other account or vehicle. An alternative option will not be made available to those who purchase Full Self-Driving (Supervised). Used vehicles and business orders are excluded from this promotion.
This year-end incentives push could very well result in record quarterly shipments, as Tesla now has too many running promos to count.
Besides the Supercharging and FSD trials, it also offers 0% APR financing rate and gratis FSD transfers, not to mention state-specific offers like the free overnight charging in Texas.
