Tesla is giving free Supercharging and FSD trials to those who purchase any vehicle in its inventory list by the end of the year.
With the delivery of any new inventory car between November 14 and December 31, Tesla buyers will also get three months of free Full Self-Driving (Supervised), as well as gratis Supercharging for the same period.
This deal can neither be taken advantage of at a later time, or transferred to other accounts and Tesla vehicles, while those who already purchased Full Self-Driving (Supervised) with their car are in for an unpleasant surprise.
Unfortunately, the free Supercharging and FSD offer doesn't apply to all the used vehicles in Tesla's inventory, or for business account orders.
Tesla has activated so many promos to pad its shipment numbers in the last quarter of the year, that it is becoming hard to keep track, and yet this could lead to record deliveries in the quarter that precedes the reported Model Y Juniper release.
Needless to say, the most popular of all current Model 3 and Model Y deals is the 0% APR financing offer, from which Tesla dropped the condition for an FSD purchase at the beginning of the month.
The EV maker offers free FSD transfers, for that matter, which is seemingly becoming a permanent incentive as it's been valid during four consecutive quarters by now, despite that Elon Musk keeps saying that this is a temporary promo as Tesla has to "make money somehow."
Tesla has a vested interested in giving away free FSD trials, too, as this way it hopes to hook people for a purchase or subscription. Moreover, it needs all the miles driven with FSD it can get to demonstrate its good safety record to regulators ahead of the Cybercab/Robotaxi ride-share service launch.
Tesla also has Cybertrucks in its inventory for the first time now, but the free Supercharging offer is the only thing that will benefit their future owners, as these are all Foundation Series units for which FSD comes gratis anyway.
