The hotly-anticipated Tesla Model 3 Highland refresh launched in much of Europe and Asia earlier this year, and has since been the subject of much praise, despite being a mid-cycle refresh with moderate aesthetic and tech updates. Now, as spotted by Sawyer Merritt on X (fka Twitter) it seems as though Tesla has silently updated its UK site to make the Model 3 Highland available to customers, and with a £3,000 price cut, no less.
The Model 3 Highland is available as a £49,990 Dual-Motor All-Wheel Drive trim with 390 miles (628 km) of WLTP range, or as a £39,990 single-motor Rear-Wheel Drive option with 318 miles (512 km) of range. While the new Model 3 is already available to order, deliveries are estimated to arrive between January and February 2024.
The most notable upgrades to the Model 3 Highland are the visuals, making the EV look much more classy and modern on the exterior, while the interior received ambient lighting and an upgraded steering wheel, among other small changes. The rear passenger compartment also received some attention and now features a centre-mounted 8-inch infotainment screen.
Tesla still hasn't given any indication when the Model 3 Highland is slated to launch in the US, but rumours indicate that a Model 3 Highland Performance may launch with the rest of the family in early- to mid-2024.
