Ten more Amazfit smartwatches getting new HybridCharge feature

Amazfit has announced the rollout schedule for its new HybridCharge feature. This new functionality, which builds on the popular BioCharge energy monitoring tool, arrived with the Balance 3 and Balance Ultra smartwatches, as part of the new Zepp OS 6 software.
The new Amazfit HybridCharge Energy Intelligence combines three features: BioCharge, the LifeLoad and Training Load. While BioCharge tracks your recovery and energy levels from biometrics, the LifeLoad log allows users to note other factors like alcohol consumption, travel or daily stress, which could affect how they are feeling. Plus, the Training Load data adds a physical strain factor after a workout. As such, HybridCharge is designed to help you understand when and how to work out and when to rest, to get the most out of your training.
A recent Reddit post from an Amazfit representative confirmed that ten of the brand’s smartwatches will receive the HybridCharge feature in the coming weeks and months. Later in June 2026, users of the following models will receive the tool: Active 3 Premium, Balance 2, Cheetah 2 Pro, Cheetah 2 Ultra, T-Rex 3, T-Rex 3 Pro and T-Rex Ultra 2 (curr. $549.99 at Amazon).
The Amazfit Bip Max is set to receive HybridCharge in June or July 2026, and the Active Max smartwatch will get the feature in July or August 2026. Plus, the older Balance smartwatch is also set to get the function in late 2026.
