SteelSeries reveals new Arctis 1 Wireless Cyberpunk 2077 themed headsets for Xbox and PS4, Switch, PC and Android
SteelSeries has a reputation for excellent gaming headsets so any time it launches a new model, gamer’s ears prick up. The new Arctis 1 Wireless headset comes in two main variants, one targeted and Xbox owners (Johnny Silverand Edition) and the other targeted at PS4 owners (Netrunner Edition). Both headsets, however, will also work with a PC, the Nintendo Switch and Android devices. There is also a regular non-Cyberpunk 2077 edition available as well.
The Arctis 1 Wireless headsets all feature ultra-low latency wireless connectivity and are fitted with the same high-performance drivers found in the Arctis 9X headphones. This means they are capable of delivering audio at impressive frequencies between 20-20,000 Hz with harmonic distortion less than 3 percent. Headphone impedance is rated at 32 Ohm while headphone sensitivity is 98 dBSPL. The detachable boom mic has a frequency of 100-6500 Hz and features bidirectional noise cancelling. Prices start at US$109.
The Arctis Pro Booster Packs work with all the Arctis Pro, Arctis Pro Wireless and the Arctis Pro + GameDAC headsets. There are three Cyberpunk 2077 themes to choose from inspired by in-game factions. Customers can choose from the Arasaka Corporation faction, the Kang Tao faction and the Militech faction. Thankfully, you can get in on the themed fun for just $40 and pop off the components when you’ve had your fill.
