A Casio G-Shock x Dragon Quest VII Reimagined collaboration watch has been announced in Japan. This digital model celebrates the upcoming version of the adventure video game, which will be re-released on February 5th 2026.
The G-Shock x Dragon Quest VII Reimagined watch has a navy, bright blue and orange design, matching the color scheme of the game’s logo. In the bottom right-hand corner of the frame is an outline of a ship. There are also several Slime motifs throughout, on the frame and illuminated when the LED backlight is switched on. Plus, the Dragon Quest VII Reimagined logo is also engraved on the watch’s metal case back.
Based on the DW-5600, this collaboration watch has a rectangular digital display with the typical light background and dark figures. It comes with tools like a stopwatch, a countdown timer, hourly time signals and a multi-function alarm. Plus, the calendar is fully automatic to the year 2099, and the watch should remain accurate to within 15 seconds each month. The model is also water resistant to 200 m, and has a battery life estimated at five years.
In Japan, the Casio G-Shock x Dragon Quest VII Reimagined DW-5600X watch is priced at ¥18,700 (~$118). Pre-orders at stores like SHIPS and Square Enix are currently sold out, even with customers limited to one unit per person. It is scheduled for release on February 3rd 2026, and this limited edition watch will come with a collectable tin and in custom packaging.
