Casio is set to release two new Beside Line BLS-100DS watches in various countries worldwide. The BLS-100DS-2AV and the BLS-100DS-4AV have each been listed on the brand’s international website, with the product pages suggesting that they will launch in January 2026.
The new Casio Beside Line watches are described by the brand as “elegant” and offering “polished sophistication”, making them suitable for a formal event, a meeting, or everyday use. Both versions have a mother of pearl dial; the BLS-100DS-2AV has a blue-tinted face, while the BLS-100DS-4AV’s dial has a pinker hue.
Both of the Casio BLS-100DS watches have silver colored stainless steel casing, measuring 34.5 x 28.2 x 8.2 mm (~1.36 x 1.11 x 0.32 inches). They come with a matching solid metal steel band, featuring a one-touch 3-fold clasp, and the dial is protected by sapphire crystal glass. This model has three analog hands, for the hour, minute and second, said to remain accurate to within 20 seconds each month. Plus, it is water resistant to 50 m, and should run for around three years on an SR626SW battery.
It is unclear precisely when the Casio Beside Line BLS-100DS-2AV and BLS-100DS-4AV watches will be released, and how much they could cost. In the US, you can already buy older Casio models with mother of pearl faces like the MTP1302DS-7AV (curr. $79.00 at Amazon Marketplace).
