Casio launches new colorful hybrid watch with dual displays

Casio has revealed a new G-Shock x My Little Pony collaboration watch in China: the BA-110XMLP25-7PFUN. This New Year’s edition model arrives several months after three older Baby-G watches from the collaboration.

The Baby-G x My Little Pony BA-110XMLP25-7PFUN watch has a white resin casing and strap, with bright pink accents on and around the hybrid watch face. The strap features multi-colored images of My Little Pony characters, including Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash, and the brand’s logo is also engraved on the metal case back. As well as special edition packaging, this watch also comes with My Little Pony-themed charms and stickers.

This G-Shock BA-110 watch has two analog hands and dual LCDs showing further information like the month, date and day of the week. An amber LED backlight can be used to illuminate the watch face in low lighting, making it easier to read the watch. This model also supports world time, with users able to choose from a list of 48 cities. Plus, there are tools like a countdown timer, stopwatch, five daily alarms and hourly time signals. This watch is water resistant to 100 m, and has a fully automatic calendar to the year 2099.

In China, the Casio G-Shock Baby-G x My Little Pony BA-110XMLP25-7PFUN watch retails for CNY 990 (~$142). This watch is not expected to be released in other markets like the EU, where the brand recently released the Baby-G x Madhappy collaboration watch (€105 at Casio Store DE).
