Sleek and powerful Dell Pro Precision 9 T4 and Pro Precision 9 T6 workstation desktop PCs make their debut

Dell has taken the wraps off the new Pro Precision 9 T4 and Pro Precision 9 T6 desktop workstation PCs. The PCs can be had with both Nvidia and AMD workstation GPUs. However, you can also outfit the Pro Precision 9 T4 and Pro Precision 9 T6 with consumer GeForce RTX 50 cards.
Launch Workstation Desktop

Alongside the Pro Precision workstation laptops, Dell has debuted the Pro Precision 9 T4 and Pro Precision T6 workstation desktop PCs. The PCs bring the Intel Xeon workstation processors, Nvidia RTX/AMD Radeon Pro GPUs, and a larger number of RAM and storage options.

Dell Pro Precision 9 T4

The Dell Pro Precision 9 T4 is a tower PC that features a sleek all-black design and plenty of ports. On the inside, the desktop PC can be equipped with up to an 86-core Intel Xeon 698X with a 350 W TDP and a 4.8 GHz boost clock. These Xeon CPUs can be paired with either consumer RTX 50 or workstation Nvidia RTX/AMD Radeon Pro GPUs. Dell announces that the Pro Precision 9 T4 can be fitted with one 600 W, two 300 W, or four 50 W GPUs.

Among the GPU options, consumers can choose from a lineup of the RTX 5060 at the low-end and the RTX A800 Active with 40 GB of HBM at the high-end. There is only one AMD card in the mix, namely the Radeon Pro W7400.

When it comes to memory, the Pro Precision 9 T4 features up to 2 TB of 6400 MT/s dual-channel memory if you choose a mainstream RTX 50 GPU. For workstation GPUs, the Pro Precision 9 T4 can be had with up to 4 TB of RAM.

Finally, users can outfit the Pro Precision 9 T2 with up to 124 TB of storage through nine storage slots. The whole system is powered by a 2,400 W or 1,500 W PSU, depending on the CPU and GPU configuration.

Dell Pro Precision 9 T6

The Dell Pro Precision 9 T6 sits above the Pro Precision 9 T4 with a bigger chassis that can accommodate more GPUs and more storage.

So, just like the Pro Precision 9 T4, the Pro Precision 9 T6 is powered by the Intel Xeon processors with up to 86 cores. However, you can equip the Pro Precision 9 T6 with up to 316 TB of storage and up to 6x 50 W, or 5x 300 W, or 2x 600 W GPUs. The GPU options are the same as the Pro Precision 9 T6. Similarly, the Pro Precision 9 T6 also shares the optional Wi-Fi 7 and 4 TB of total RAM with the Pro Precision 9 T4.

Both the Dell Pro Precision 9 T4 and the Dell Pro Precision 9 T6 will go on sale in May alongside other Dell Pro Precision workstation machines.
