Sharge has released a new Retractable 3-in-1 Power Bank worldwide. Teased earlier this month, the accessory is designed to resemble a record player, like the older Retractable 65W charger (curr. $49.99 at Amazon).
This 3-in-1 device can act as a power bank or a wall charger. As its name suggests, it is equipped with an extending USB-C cable. The flexible cable is said to withstand over 30,000 extension cycles, and there is a slot to hold the USB-C connector when not in use. Both this cable and the accessory’s USB-C port offer up to 30W power in both power bank and pass-through charging modes. Plus, there is support for charging protocols like PD3.0, PPS and QC3.0.
The power bank has a 10,000 mAh battery, which can be recharged directly from a wall outlet thanks to folding pins (US), or the USB-C port or cable. Plus, a small dot-matrix display shows the remaining battery level. There is a temperature control system, said to take readings 2,000 times per second. The GaN power bank has mostly white casing, with a transparent section allowing you to see the coiled cable. Plus, the attached lanyard makes it easier to carry. It measures 110 x 52 x 40 mm (~4.3 x 2.0 x 1.6 inches) and weighs around 300 g (~10.6 oz).
You can now buy the Sharge Retractable 3-in-1 Power Bank for $44.99/£33.68/€46.17, thanks to a $10/£3.74/€5.13 discount on the $49.90/£37.42/€51.30 RRP. It is unclear how long this launch offer will last. Whether or when a version for the UK or EU markets could be released is unclear.
