The Ambrane PowerMini20 power bank has been launched in India. This compact accessory is marketed as suitable for charging smartphones and laptops, though there is a limited output.
Ambrane’s PowerMini20 delivers up to 35W power via the USB-C port. According to the company, this should allow you to charge an iPhone 16 Pro to 60% or a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to 50% in half an hour. Plus, in the same timeframe, Ambrane estimates that you could charge a MacBook Air (M1) to 40%; it is less suitable for newer models. There is said to be support for PD 3.0, QC 3.0, PPD and VOOC charging protocols, and a detachable USB-C cable means there is one less thing to remember to take with you.
The PowerMini20 also has an 18W USB-A port, which you can use to charge a second device. This model has a 20,000 mAh lithium polymer battery. It recharges via a 35W input, with LEDs indicating the remaining battery level. On top of this, there is protection against issues such as overload, overvoltage and short circuit. It measures 162 x 105 x 39 mm (~6.4 x 4.1 x 1.5 inches), weighs 341 g (~12.0 oz), and customers can choose between three colors: Black, Blue and Golden.
In India, the Ambrane PowerMini20 power bank launches at the discounted price of Rs. 1,999 (~$23); it is listed with an RRP of Rs. 3,999 (~$46). It is unclear whether or when this model could be released in other markets like the US, where you can buy products like this L-Shape C to C Cable (curr. $13.89 at Amazon Marketplace).
