Samsung has finally taken the step to 5G with the Galaxy M23, but the AMOLED screen has been dropped. Are the Koreans lagging behind the market or do they once again build a decent and inexpensive mid-range phone? We will find out in the review.

The phone holds 5G connectivity, an apt camera, huge battery capacity, decent performance, and doesn’t trouble you in any way. The brand name Samsung can be enough to justify the overall value of the phone. Despite this, the phone specs seem to be underwhelming as per its pricing. You get a TFT LCD display, an 8nm chipset, low 4GB RAM in the base variant. Though there are various good sides of the phone, except 5G support and the Samsung brand there is no reason to buy this smartphone. There are a lot of better options available at this pricing. Even you get a better smartphone from Samsung if you go a little high or low in your budget. Besides this, the phone fulfills your requirements in every way possible. For now, you can check alternatives once such as the Realme 9 smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy M23 is the latest budget range smartphone announced in March 2022. It carries a 6.6 inches TFT display and in terms of internal, you are getting 4GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. You will also get a dedicated microSDXC card slot. The Android 12 OS is supported by one UI 4.0 custom UI support. For security, the device offers a side-mounted Fingerprint sensor. The Galaxy M23 smartphone is equipped with a triple rear camera consisting of a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP depth lens. On the front side, the galaxy M23 has a 13MP selfie camera. Both cameras can record videos at a max of 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second. The battery inside the phone is a Li-Po 5000mAh with fast charging support. The Samsung Galaxy M23 smartphone price in India is expected to be $195 (Rs 14,999) and will be available in Deep Green, and Light Blue color variants.

Qualcomm Adreno 619: Integrated (in the Snapdragon 750G) graphics card based on the Adreno 600 architecture. The performance is a lot better than the old Adreno 612.
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.
