100% OnePlus Nord N30 Review: The perfect mid-range phone!
Source: Android Headlines English
Confession: When I got this phone at my door, I wasn’t all that excited. After reviewing the Nord N300, my hopes weren’t set too high for the Nord N30. However, the more I used this phone, the more I fell in love with it. The more reliable I found it. It excels in just about every area, and that says a lot about a $300 phone. As I asked at the beginning of this review, is this phone worth the $300 price tag? My answer is no. It’s worth so much more. I highly recommend that you pick up this phone.

70% OnePlus Nord N30 5G review: The best phone for less than $300
Source: Tom's Guide English
It's important to understand that the OnePlus Nord N30's price tag comes with limitations, the biggest of which is its subpar camera performance. Other low-cost phones deliver more consistent results, and you don't even have to stretch your budget for a Galaxy A54 or Pixel 7a. The Pixel 6a is hanging around for $349, and even though it's an older phone, it takes much better shots than the Nord N30. Still, the Nord N30 delivers in other ways, chiefly its superb battery and expansive display that also supports a fast-refresh rate. If you'd rather have a long-lasting device than a more consistent camera phone, the Nord N30 is an excellent choice that goes easy on your wallet.

The OnePlus Nord N30 5G provides an affordable 5G smartphone option with commendable battery life, a vibrant display, and a versatile camera system. While it may lack some premium features, the device compensates with its competitive price point, making it an enticing choice for budget-conscious consumers even in a crowded market.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G | Performs Better than its Worth [Review]
Source: G Style Magazine English
The OnePlus Nord N30 is a decent upgrade from the N20 with more RAM, slightly better display and its 50W fast charging. Camera shots aren’t bad with a good amount of light to support it but falters a bit in lower light conditions. But once again its price is justifiable. Best of all the Nord N30 is unlocked for $299 and works on carriers such as Verizon and T-Mobile or you can get one through T-Mobile locked in a slightly lower price.

80% OnePlus Nord N30 5G Review: At $300, It’s an Excellent, Budget-Friendly Smartphone Choice
Source: Gear Diary English
For under $300, there is a lot to like about the OnePlus Nord N30; it has a large display, 5G connectivity, smooth performance, a long-lasting battery, and a very good main camera, plus its memory can be expanded with a microSD card, and it even includes a 3.5 audio jack. The killer feature for this price range is its 50W SUPERVOOC charging. The Nord N30 is a highly capable phone that won’t break the bank, and that’s definitely nothing to sneeze at if you’re trying to stick to a budget or if you are considering buying a smartphone for a youngling who hasn’t yet proven that they can be trusted with something more expensive.

70% OnePlus Nord N30 5G Review: Bottoms up
Source: Mobile Syrup English
The OnePlus Nord N30 5G might not be the perfect phone, but you won’t find that for this price tag. If you can save up another $200 for the Pixel 7a, I think most people will be happier with the comfortably-sized Google phone with its stronger camera, cleaner software and water-resistant hardware. The 6a is still around for an even more price-comparable option. If you’re a mobile gamer on a budget, the OnePlus is a better option with a lower price, bigger screen and a headphone jack that might appeal to you more. Not to mention how handy the fast charging is. I ran through arcade games like RogueJack without issues and had similarly smooth experiences with Call of Duty Mobile. If you’re interested in the OnePlus Nord N30 5G, you can buy it on OnePlus’ website for $379.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G Review - $300 Gets You a Lot of Phone
Source: Mobile Tech Review English
The OnePlus Nord N30 5G is an affordable breath of fresh air, priced at $299.99. OnePlus has returned to their aggressive pricing strategy for 2023 with both their flagship OnePlus 11 and the Nord N30. The Android phone has sub6 5G with support for most carriers, a 6.7” 120Hz display, Snapdragon processor, a fingerprint scanner, face unlock and a 108MP rear camera. It has a microSD card slot! It competes with the Moto G Power and more expensive midrange Android smartphones like the Google Pixel 7a and Samsung Galaxy A54. It’s sold unlocked with a nano SIM card slot.

If you want to upgrade from the OnePlus Nord N10, consider picking up the N30. You’ll get a much better screen and a performance boost from the Snapdragon 695. I can also see a case for picking up the N30 if you’re coming from a less expensive Samsung A-series device and looking for something new. If you already own a OnePlus Nord N20, there’s absolutely no reason to upgrade. The 1998 Florida Marlins went 54-108. While I’m not sure the Nord N30 is as big of a dropoff from such a previous high, I hope this can be a lesson to OnePlus — don’t mess with success.

90% OnePlus Nord N30 5G review: Better than ever
Source: Android Central English
If it weren't for the fact that Google permanently lowered the price of the Pixel 6a to $299, it would be a no-brainer to recommend the OnePlus Nord N30. It's better than last year's N20 in almost every way — camera and some display quality issues notwithstanding — and, yet, OnePlus didn't raise the price at all. In fact, it's a tiny bit cheaper than the N20 was at launch so long as you buy it at T-Mobile (or get a deal). And that's really the only issue here. Without the Pixel 6a in the picture, the Nord N30 would be the best phone in its class. Even with that said, the Nord N30 has better battery life, charges much faster, and has a display with a higher refresh rate that's friendlier on the eyes than the Pixel 6a's display. So if those things are more important to you than having the very best camera and nearly double the performance — something the Pixel 6a offers — then the Nord N30 is the phone for you.

76% OnePlus Nord N30 5G review
Source: GSM Arena English
Overall, we like the OnePlus Nord N30 5G. We really do. But would have liked it a whole lot more if its MSRP were closer to $200 or it brought a bit more to the table. It feels like OnePlus took the Realme 10 Pro for a template, when it should have probably gone with the Pro+ instead. It's not like anything makes the Nord N30 5G uniquely OnePlus, either. The signature alert slider is nowhere to be found, and as we mentioned, the software experience can also be had on a modern Oppo or Realme device. We really wish the N30 had an OLED or, failing that, a better and brighter LCD and one backed up by proper high refresh rate handling. The Snapdragon 695 also leaves us kind of wanting, particularly in the video recording department, with its unfortunate 1080p capture limit. Some sort of ingress protection is also attainable in this price range.

OnePlus Nord N30 5G Review: Affordable 5G With A Special 108MP Camera
Source: Hot Hardware English
There’s no doubt that the OnePlus Nord N30 5G is a decent 5G budget smartphone. It boasts a capable 108MP shooter with lossless 3x digital zoom, fantastic stereo speakers, outstanding battery life, and good software. The headphone jack, microSD expansion, and supplied 50W brick are all welcome extras too. But while the N30 5G still offers great value, it isn’t a significant upgrade over last year’s N20 5G. If anything, the design isn’t as stylish and colorful as before, the IPS screen is a step back (despite the smoother 120Hz refresh rate), and the continued lack of an ultrawide camera is disappointing. But if you don’t mind these limitations, the N30 5G will be available unlocked for $299 from OnePlus, Amazon, and Best Buy starting today (June 15), and T-Mobile will offer the N30 5G for $264 or free with a new line. That's a nice, budget-friendly price for a decent 5G handset.

60% OnePlus Nord N30 5G review: midrange performance, budget phone problems
Source: The Verge English
But there’s another phone crowding in on this space that makes the N30 harder to recommend: last year’s Google Pixel 6A. It’s been marked down to $349 with the release of the Pixel 7A. If it’s still in stock and the extra $50 is doable, then the 6A is the phone to buy. Its camera system is much more reliable, and it comes with midrange perks like an OLED screen and an IP67 rating for robust dust and water resistance. And even though it’s a year old, it’s scheduled to get two more OS upgrades and security support until July 2027, which is one more year in each category than the brand-new N30 offers. The 6A doesn’t have the ultra-impressive battery life of the N30 or the fast wired charging, but personally, I’d take a better camera and live with charging my phone every night. That said, if the Pixel 6A isn’t quite within reach or T-Mobile is offering you a free N30, I think it’s a fine option. It’s a lot of phone for the money — even if it’s not quite everything it could be.

50% OnePlus Nord N30 5G Review: Somehow Lesser Than Its Predecessors
Source: Slashgear English
The OnePlue Nord N30 isn't a bad phone at all, but not a lot really makes it stand out amongst its peers. While it's a good thing that there are plenty of options available when you haven't got a lot to spend, it is hitting the point where you might as well pull names from a hat when selecting a handset. The standout features include the large screen size, the fair amount of RAM on offer, and the free protection that's thrown in. It probably does just enough to get the nod ahead of something like the Motorola Moto G 5G, which also hit the market fairly recently. Still, the fact that it lacks features that were included in last year's model is worrying and has cost the device some points. We'd argue the Nord N20 can still hold its own in terms of performance, and a perk like that under-screen fingerprint scanner is enough to give it the edge over the new kid on the block.

The OnePlus Nord N30 is a great phone for the price. The company doesn’t disappoint budget-conscious shoppers with its latest entry. Between the solid performance, respectable battery life, and capable 108MP camera, you end up with a phone that takes the throne as our Editors’ Choice in the $300 price range. If software updates and camera performace are paramount to you, however, the Pixel 6a is an incredible value.

80% OnePlus Nord N30 5G review: the best $300 smartphone in 2023?
Source: Digital Trends English
The OnePlus Nord N30 5G is not the best smartphone you can buy for $300 — though it does get very close. The biggest sin of the Nord N30 5G is how bad its cameras are. OnePlus could have done something special here, but it didn’t. With a main camera that lacks a critical feature and two mostly useless secondary ones, this is a camera system that works in a pinch, but really nothing more beyond that. If you have $300 to spend and a good camera is important to you, the Google Pixel 6a is a far better purchase. But here’s the thing. If you’re OK with sacrificing camera quality (and getting any new software beyond Android 14), the rest of the OnePlus Nord N30 is fantastic. It feels great to hold, you get classic features like a headphone jack and expandable storage, and there’s NFC for Google Pay. You’re also getting solid performance, a lovely display, long battery life, and very fast charging.

60% OnePlus Nord N30 review: Should you buy it?
Source: Android Authority English
The OnePlus Nord N30 hopes to condense the most important parts of the premium OnePlus experience into a value package. It checks the boxes for Oxygen OS, speedy SuperVOOC wired charging, and a sharp primary camera while cutting a few corners to keep the price in check. OnePlus even managed to keep the Nord N30’s price pegged to that of its predecessor, floating right under the $300 barrier.

For the OnePlus Nord N30, the company releases new forums and different specs to make the user’s journey more appealing. This phone is developed to provide affordable 5G connectivity, appropriate photography, and video recording features. Moreover, the device will render long-lasting battery life as the plus point. The display quality is also top-notch as you are getting an advanced refresh rate. But if you look at the downside of using a phone, it would be average photos and video quality. Still, the overall results are great if you are looking for normal usage. Now, let’s check out the other alternative option Realme 10T 5G would be a great choice that you can look at in the meantime.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
