Pros
Cons
The Honor X7d is a budget Android 15 smartphone built around a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC and Adreno 619 GPU. Its standout feature is a 6500 mAh battery that, according to DxOMark, delivers over four days of moderate use with top-tier efficiency and strong performance in gaming and video playback endurance tests. The 6.77-inch display offers a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate but only HD+ (1610 x 720) resolution, which reviewers see as a key compromise versus competitors that provide sharper FHD+ panels. Priced around PHP 9,999 for the higher memory/storage configuration, the phone is praised for its durability, IP65 protection (in some reviews), and highly competitive storage-per-peso value. Gaming performance is deemed acceptable for lighter competitive titles, but it struggles with more demanding 3D and gacha games, making it a poor fit for heavy mobile gamers. Overall, the Honor X7d earns about 90% in aggregated reviews and is recommended for users who prioritize battery life, durability and large storage over display sharpness and raw performance.

The HONOR X7d is priced at PHP 9,999 for the 8GB + 512GB configuration. For an affordable device, the HONOR X7d delivers acceptable performance in competitive titles like Mobile Legends, Wild Rift, and Call of Duty: Mobile. However, it struggles with more demanding gacha games, especially HoYoverse titles. If you only plan to do daily missions, it can handle them decently, but for story content or endgame activities, you’ll want a more powerful phone.

The HONOR X7d (400 Smart), just like its 5G sibling, achieves top scores in our database, thanks to its remarkable autonomy and strong efficiency. These excellent results allow it to secure the best sub-scores in both categories, confirming HONOR’s focus on battery-centered devices. Equipped with a large 6500 mAh battery, the HONOR X7d delivers outstanding endurance, easily lasting more than four days under moderate use. It performs particularly well in gaming and video playback scenarios, where its low power consumption ensures consistent results. Compared to the HONOR X7d 5G, the 4G version stands out with even better autonomy and overall efficiency, making it the stronger choice for those who prioritize long-lasting performance. The charging performances are average, with about 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach 80%, and a full recharge 1 hour and 36 minutes.

The HONOR X7d is priced at PHP 9,999 for the 8GB + 512GB configuration. While it lacks an FHD+ display, it compensates with a massive battery, large storage, and an attractive design complete with IP65 protection. However, considering the competition, there are other smartphones in the same price range that offer more balanced specs or better display quality. Still, if you’re a fan of the HONOR ecosystem or value battery life and storage above all, the X7d is a solid choice. The HONOR X7d delivers good value for users who prioritize endurance and capacity over display sharpness and gaming performance. It’s not the best all-around budget phone out there, but it’s definitely a capable one.

Despite being Php 1,000 more expensive than last year’s X7c, the X7d’s main selling point is its huge 512GB internal storage—which is the most affordable we’ve seen so far.

The HONOR X7d stands out as another affordable smartphone, priced at PHP 9,999, that can stand the test of the elements in a commute and everyday use. It’s durable, powerful-enough, and battery life is pretty good. If you’ve ever lost a phone to water or accidental drops, the HONOR X7d in general, can handle those. It’s interesting to see how much phone we can get from HONOR in 2025 with a peso shy of PHP 10,000. One thing’s for sure though, it delivers the essentials pretty well, making it a great affordable gift for someone who needs a basic smartphone, maybe for that inaanak or whoever.

Qualcomm Adreno 619: Integrated (in the Snapdragon 750G) graphics card based on the Adreno 600 architecture. The performance is a lot better than the old Adreno 612.
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.
