Rumored Xiaomi Mi 11T reveals itself to actually be the incoming Mi 11T Pro in new listings exposure
Not long ago Xiaomi fan and tipster Kacper Skrzypek shared details of a mysterious phone from the Chinese OEM with the model number 2107113SG. At the time, he guessed it to be a possible Mi 11T, with a Snapdragon 888 chip also involved in the mix. It appears Skrzypek wasn’t too wide of the mark, as it has now been revealed that this particular model is actually the Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro.
Snippets of listings shared by MySmartPrice have revealed the Mi 11T Pro appearing on the IMEI website and the SIRIM Malaysia site. Both images clearly mention the Xiaomi 11T Pro along with the aforementioned model number. Now it’s known that this is the Mi 11T Pro and not the Mi 11T being leaked here, some predictions can be made in regard to specs.
Both the Snapdragon 870 and 888 chipsets have been mentioned in connection with the Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro, and it has also been suggested that the Mi 11T range could feature at least one member with an under-display camera. The well-regarded Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro phones were very similar, with camera equipment and storage options being the main differences, and the Mi 11T and Mi 11T Pro might also be alike in terms of specs and looks.
The upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11T range, which will definitely feature a Mi 11T Pro model and probably a Mi 11T Lite edition too, could be launched soon as the predecessor range was released at the end of September 2020. The devices in the series should offer interesting alternatives to the premium Mi 11 phones by providing buyers with near flagship experiences but at more modest price tags.
