Last week, Xiaomi released the Poco F3 GT, with the sub-premium device getting a rather positive reception. The company is continuing in that vein and has now announced yet another device—the Poco X3 GT.
Much like the Poco F3 GT is a rebranded model, the Poco X3 GT is a known quantity, as it's essentially sold as the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G in Xiaomi's home China. Specifications carry over nicely: a 6.6-inch FHD+ 120 Hz LCD with a centered hole punch, a MediaTek Dimensity 1100, 8 GB of RAM, and either 128 GB or 256 GB of storage.
Camera-wise, the Poco X3 GT offers a 64 MP OV64B, an 8 MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 2 MP macro sensor. At the front is a 16 MP camera housed within the hole punch. Other features include a 5000 mAh battery, 67 W fast charging, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 to drive the entire package.
The Poco X3 starts at US$299 for the 8/128 GB model. Stepping up to 256 GB will see that jump a bit to US$329. It will go on sale globally, with availability across Africa, Europe, America, and Asia.
