The RollerCoaster Tycoon franchise made its debut back in 1999 when the first such title made its debut for the Microsoft Windows. RollerCoaster Tycoon, developed by Chris Sawyer with the help of various leading figures from the real-world roller coaster and theme park industry, was later ported to the Xbox game console. RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures arrived in November 2018 for the Nintendo Switch (December for the North American market) and now is finally available for Windows PCs as well.
In RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures, the player can manage more than 120 rides, restaurants, and shops. This title is family-friendly and Atari describes it as "the perfect entry point for fans of all ages." For the first time in the series, RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures features an Even System in Adventure Mode.
The park can be placed in one of the four unique themed environments available, while the rides, shops, and restaurants can be customized using no less than 50 colors, and those who want to customize their roller coaster can pick one of the following seven options: Steel, Wooden, Winged, Hyper, Inverted, Drive, and Accelerator.
RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures for PC is exclusively available via the Epic Games store and has a price tag of US$29.99 (or a similar price in another currency, depending on the market).
